Garden City High School Class of 1964 - 50th Reunion

Reunion Dinner: Date: June 21, 2014

Place: The Garden City Country Club - Stewart Ave.
Time: 7:00 - 11:00 PM
Description: We start with cocktails, then a lovely buffet dinner; with dancing all night to the music a terrific DJ playing all our favorites. (note: there will be a four hour open bar)
Cost: $120 per person - come alone or bring your spouse, partner, significant other, friend, relative or guest.
- Note: The cost per person when prepaid & received by Cliff Enderle prior to June 7th is less than an "At-the-Door" admission of $150.
- For anyone who, for any reason, does not pre-pay, but comes the night of the reunion, we must charge more at the door and the caterer insists that it be in cash...no checks or credit cards.

Last day to mail checks is June 7th (We have to give the caterer our best estimate for attendance on June 10th...hence their extra cost to us if you simply arrive at the door the evening of the reunion. We hope you understand)

Friday Evening:
If you get to Garden City early, let's try to meet informally at Leo's and get the ball rolling. Eat there or somewhere else, but try to stop by sometime between 7PM and closing to catch up with old friends. We did this at the 45th and it was a blast.

Saturday Morning:

A wonderful historic tour of Garden City conducted by noted Garden City historian John Ellis Kordes. Limited to 44 people, boards at the Garden City LIRR train station at 10:30. Cost is $10 per person and reservations are a must. Mail checks (separatly from reunion/dinner check) to Cliff Enderle, 43 Cambridge Ave., Garden City, NY 11530. Payable to: GCHS Class of '64.

Saturday Afternoon:
As we did five years ago, classmates can meet in the picnic area of the pool and visit for a while, reliving fun memories of swim meets, canonballs and,dare we say...make out sessions:)? Stop by anytime between Noon and 3:00.

Sunday Morning:
Departures; but hopefully you were able to make arrangements for breakfast with some good friends before you leave.
